About Me

I am an Economics Graduate, worked in HPCL. Right from my young days I had this artistic creativity in me. I drew beautiful rangolis in color and flowers.

Soft toy creations fascinated me and I learnt it from Smt Revathi who taught me the basics. From then on I created innumerable episodes based on the Vaishanavite history on Azwars, Saints and the Lord. I have been applauded by many senior leaders of the vaishanavite community.

My creations have been forwarded to thousands of devotees across the world who have sent their appreciation. Some schools in Chennai have taken my videos to be taught in schools to create awareness of our vaishnavite culture. I have received invitations from many institutions. Every navarathri I create themes , last year I had created "Ram Sita Vivah of Nepal". I am good in creating rangolis. I have also drawn large sized rangolis outside Lakshmi Narasimhan temple.This year I created 30 scenes and videos of Andal Tiruppavai Pasuram and posted the same in facebook. I have created Archarya Manavala Mammuni Upadashi Ratnamala in 12 video scenes. Your blessings & wishes will give me the strength to continue my divine work.

Services

I am proud to be born in a Vaishnavite family. The training and traditions of the vaishnavite culture has been imparted to me by my parents and the religious leaders I met during my childhood. The support for my creations comes from my Husband Shri K.S.Raman who keeps getting involved in guiding me in my work.


Soft Toy Creation

This is an art which needs patience and love for the subject. This art has no boundaries of any particular culture in Hinduism and can be learnt by youngsters as a very absorbing hobby. I offer my services to schools where the students can be walked through the making process.

Rangoli Artist

This an art which needs no formal education and girls can be easily trained. Mav Kolam, Poo Kolam and Color kolam are 3 different types. Each has its own beauty. This is a great way to exhibit one's creativity. This needs no formal training but still if institution need help, I can offer my services.

Vaishnavite Culture

The fundamentals of our culture lies in the DIVYA PRABANDHAM consisting of 4000 pasurams.The life stories of 12 Azwars & Acharayas who gave us lot of knowledge about Lord Vishnu. The study of Srivaishnavisam cannot be time bound . The meaning of the writings of the Azwars and Achariyas needs more than a life time to study, grasp and digest. I plan to be in this study for years to come.
